Resident Benefits Center

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 5, 2026

Service

Resident Benefits Center is a referral service that connects you with licensed specialists who can review benefits and assistance programs you may qualify for. We do not sell insurance directly — the specialist you speak with is a separately licensed professional.

Bookings

Booking an appointment is a request to be contacted by the licensed specialist at the date/time selected. We make every reasonable effort to ensure the specialist calls you at that time, but cannot guarantee timing. You are not under any obligation to purchase coverage or enroll in any program.

Communication consent

By booking an appointment you consent to be contacted by the specialist shown on the booking page (and reasonable follow-ups from them) about benefits and assistance programs you may qualify for. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to text messages or contacting us directly.

Eligibility

Eligibility for any specific benefit or program depends on your individual circumstances and varies by state. Nothing on this site should be interpreted as a guarantee of approval, coverage, or specific benefit amounts.

Government affiliation

Resident Benefits Center is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of any government agency. We are an independent licensed insurance referral service.

Limitations

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the specialist’s recommendations — those are the result of conversations between you and the specialist.
